Would if be a good thing to have an option where it says "Send Request" and "Report Player" is another option "Send PM" You can click "Send PM" and you type like normal and only that person can see it. Support or Don't support Give your reasonable comments and maybe even extend this idea further.

Support, it would be good to have private conversations in game, with the High ranks in my group if there were not teams at the place we are at. However this option should be optional, so it can be allowed and not allowed.

There is a Zombie Apocalypse game (can't remember name) which allows this to happen so it's scriptable. No support. Hello my name is siggy.
