Ability to Sell Group Items w/ NBC

You should be able to create **AND SELL** group items even if you are not a Builder's Club member. You may be a group owner who just lost BC, but needs to create a group item to be sold/distributed to people. You don't profit from it, after all; the group does. I want to distribute a group uniform, but it can only be given if it is sold. I can't, now, because I lost BC. btw plz spred propr gramr thnks
