I got my laptop restored to factory settings & when I redownloaded roblox it downloaded but when I click play game it says i need to download

Sometimes it happens depending on the browser. ie. Chrome has a ROBLOX Plugin.

I have the same problem with my windows vista pc. Use chrome and see what happens. When i used chrome a yellow bar would appear under the address bar saying Could not load Roblox Launcher Plugin. I don't know what else to do.
