Back to nononsense:
Transition between planets, if included, has a hyperjump (or warp jump, or spacial rift, or whatever) animation.
Include player-specific NPCs and other quest related objects that appear only to that player (Use current camera for this effect)
Similarly only load nearby cosmetic objects into the players currentcamera to reduce lag.
I am also making a RPG (Currently working on a chat system, and decided to make a few test commands. They look awesome.). But I am more the classic/overused/cliché fantasy RPG. Maybe. Dont have a set storyline yet. I might have an alternate reality 2055 with skeletons, zombies, dragons and stuff. Because who has done that before? But I have no idea for a storyline for that. Apart that it includes dragons, a ship and a mountain. |
