people say it might be a firewall problem, but idk how to do that. or, if its something else, what do i do?

Try disabling your Firewall. If it doesn't work, contact info@roblox. Disabling Firewall is via Windows Home in control panel.

Is there a way to not completely turn off my firewall but let roblox be able to pass the firewall?
