Make false/dumb reports come at a cost. Reporting someone for something that would violate the Terms of Service when they didn't do it would make them lose 25 tix, reporting someone for something that does not violate the Terms of Service would make them lose 10 tix. |

Are you mad!? No way! You should never get a bonus for having to report someone, the system would be instantly abused. If anything, it should cost the false reporters money when they give a false report. |
