There should be more methods of payments. We have a few so far. If we accept more payments such as Bitcoins and AlertPay, the ROBLOX company will receive more money from different people with different payment options. Bitcoins- 1.) Safer than money 2).Easier to use 3.) MILLIONS use Bitcoins 4.) Bitcoins are EASY to make 5.) They are worth a lot of money. For starters, earning Bitcoins is easy. Start a Miner on your computer and you will be earning bitcoins. (One Bitcoin is around $100). People can be paying for their memberships and upgrades easily. Kids can be mining on their computers and earning enough for upgrades. Right now, we need real money to purchase upgrades. (PayPal, Credit card). But if they accept Bitcoins, people like me can easily purchase any upgrade with my mass amount of bitcoins in stock. Many large companies already accept the virtual currency of a Bitcoin. But what about ROBLOX? Why don't they accept Bitcoining? ROBLOX right now is a baby site, if they want it to be more advanced, accept different currencies such as Bitcoining. They can even charge a fee (3%) more Bitcoins so if the price of the Bitcoin goes down one day, it still equals the correct amount due to the fee. Also, if ROBLOX teaches it's users how to Bitcoin and encourage users to Mine, more people will be purchasing upgrades. Make a Stickied thread here teaching all steps to Bitcoin, what miner to use, pools, and an online wallet. This site is full of kids, we all know that. Teach the kid's something they need to know to advance above the other kids. Bitcoining is SAFE. I will not stop the protest until they accept Bitcoins! RBLXBTC2013! To support, write "RBLXBTC2013!" (Roblox Bitcoin 2013)

I'm a kid, and I have no idea what Bitcoining is, so i'm not sure whether I'm supporting this xD

That's the problem. Most people here ARE kids. That's why ROBLOX needs to advertise the concept of Bitcoining, earning money from a spare computer to buy upgrades. They advertise the concept, then more kids will do it. More people receive upgrades, and they will receive more money. Win Win.

Money is better than Bitcoins. Money = Easily can be rewarded if a kid does a chore Bitcoins = You have to pay before you can get to working And money can teach kids a valuable lesson on responsibility or crap like that. - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AnhjdmrUmU -

You don't pay to earn Bitcoins. In my example, I have 3 computers in my room. I use one to Bitcoin. It runs 24/7. Boom. Earn money without investing anything.

You can use Bitcoins to buy upgrades, ROBUX, or TIX. It's meant as an alternative currency to users who can't afford to use real money, instead they can Mine and buy an upgrade.

It's better than using real money. Use a computer then every few days, use it to buy an upgrade.

@rocklee2016, what make's you say that? Maybe your just lazy to leave a computer on to earn money yourself, instead you have to beg your parents to provide the money? ^^ Just a thought.

@buck10me, that's why they would advertise the concept and show a News feed on how to Bitcoin, get everything setup. It's a valuable thing to know in the future. You guys are all kids, but that doesn't mean you can't learn a valuable skill to earn decent money.

Because they are worthless, unstable, and barely considered a currency. The "price" of it halved in half a day.

@rocklee2016, yes the price can drop. That's why they charge a FEE (even 10%). It should cover the cost if the price goes down. (Price of a Bitcoin stays a little under $100 MOST days)

"...the virtual currency hit an intraday high of $266 on Wednesday, promptly collapsed to $105, rebounded to $180, and then collapsed again to $120." Why would ANYONE want to deal with something this dramatically unstable?

Too lazy to write that RGBDIBUIGBSDI Half-Support. Who would spend 100$ on a bitcoin?

"We know a dollar will buy roughly the same amount of stuff from day-to-day, though not year-to-year. But even though inflation eats away at the dollar over the long-term, it does so predictably -- which lets us slowly adjust our expectations about how much stuff a dollar will buy. How much stuff will a Bitcoin buy in a month? A day? An hour? Nobody has any idea. There are no fundamentals when it comes to Bitcoin, so there is no right answer. It could be worth anything. But there is one thing we do know. The more Bitcoin is worth, the more worthless it is as a currency." Basically sums up how pointless Bitcoin is.

@Ignotis, ONE Bitcoin is AROUND $100. $50 worth of a BTC is AROUND .5 BTC. $25 is AROUND .25 BTC. See it? You don't pay $100 for a BTC, you buy PART of it for the upgrade.

@ buck10me Then go on YouTube or something and LEARN to Bitcoin. Obviously, my thread isn't to teach you how to Bitcoin. Go and learn something new, learn to Bitcoin. Extremely easy to do.
