Okay, this update could be helpful in building in studio. So like, lets just say that you want to bring a block over to somewhere, but that certain block is on another side or behind a wall of something. You can use the X-Ray feature to grab the block behind the wall or copy the block behind the wall. It would be much more efficient than turning your camera over and then finding it. Then dragging it over to the place you want it to be. And then there's the side bar that tells you all of the blocks and stuff that you have inserted. It'd be much more easier than to find which block you're looking for in the list. And that's my idea. Please be honest about your opinion.

I like this idea, Im guessing waht you mean is it would let you see through a wall and you could select the brick through it? The only problem I would find is that wouldn't the game automaticaly select the wall if your cursor is over that, even if the brick is on the other side?

do not suggest making the selectionbox's lines render through stuff that would screw with places that use the selectionbox object.

I'm sorry, but I forgot to add this. You could lasso a selected part. And then choose a brick in the part you selected.

@alien No, there would be an X-ray thing, where everything is partially invisible. Thus making it into layers. Layers are like a selected piece of the base plate, basically cutting the whole place into groups. You can select a layer and the other layers would be invisible. You select the brick, and everything's back to normal.

Gah, I know nothing about building or scripting. I guess for people who know how to build in an advanced way it would be good but I can't wrap my head around it.
