I got the same problem, I had a debit card from walmart. I just used the debit option instead of the ###### #### and it worked. |

No, you dont have to 18+. I bought BC with my own debit card when i was 13. (Last year)

My problem its that i wanted to buy TBC from my computer and i did pay but i didn't get my TBC, next week i bought TBc from phone and it worked... |

Im actually starting to get a bit ####### every time i enter my debit card information it gets declined, it works perfectly on everything such as steam for example. I literally bought robux earlier this week and it worked just fine, i made sure my details were correct and still no luck. |

Please also do know that all Roblox transactions are performed in US dollars therefore if you're using another currency, please be sure to have more than the price displayed on the website.

This isn't about transactions declined but my front pages glitches to the point where it only shows ads on the it and I cannot see any games on the front page or look at ######### when I look at recently played nothing there, so I just wanted to discuss this so maybe someone will see this and maybe fix this. |

the same thing is happening with my card, and ok i have th r ee cards and o ne of them has t w en t y f o u r dollars on it and it says declined by bank, but both of the other t w o worked so....... its not just you |

I have tried it with my v I s a gift card the f I r s t few times and it worked. After about the f I f t h purchase, it says transaction declined by bank. So it may mean you ran out of money or they put you on hold probably because you are spending a lot. |

Make sure that you register the correct billing information with the p r e p a I d or gift card provider. You can do this by calling the customer service number shown on the card. Make sure the billing information you enter in Roblox matches the registration information exactly.
If the transactions are not going through, please do not try to re-purchase. This can result in pending charges that can place a hold on the balance of the card for up to t e n days. The amount held will return to your card automatically and Roblox will not receive payment. If you have problems even after registering, please call the customer service number on your card to see why they are declining the charges. |
