I am having the same freak and the webin problem it says "Declined by bank" the cards website say's Pending for Roblox Corporation Help meh. :'(

Hmm, I have no idea what to do, you seem to be doing everything correctly. Maybe YouTube could help? Or at least help you relate to someone who's going through the same issue. I suggest YouTube. Sometimes ROBLOX is just plain weird. Or perhaps your card is expired? Wouldn't surprise me if it was.

its ok, they first will take the money, it will say pending, after 24 hours they will return it back, it happend to me many times, buy only 1 time a day.

I've got the same problem, I'm using a Debit card which I use for most safe online purchases, and it won't work on Roblox.

Ok, I had the same problem, but I am using a VISA Gift Card (with only $25 funds). First, see on the card's website your information. If it does NOT matches the ROBLOX addresses (etc.), then enter it in using what is on the website. If it does match it, contact ROBLOX.

I am also having the same issue, I am trying to make a simple purchase, 5.95 For Builders Club. I entered all of my CORRECT information more than 5 times and it still isn't baring with me, I have tried numerous of my moms cards and none work. I can't buy TBC with my prepaid VISA Ikort and i REALLY need a moderator to talk to me to help me try to fix this (Because unlike alot of the ones that are here i can*T walk to walmart and buy a Roblox card) and this is getting really annoying. I have tried on my card 2 times now and tried 7 times on my moms card. this must be sometihng to do with roblox because i KNOW it's not my balance, i KNOW it's not my bank and i KNOW it has something to do with roblox.

It works for me and I am 15, if you use your card often on a place like rixty then your card knows it is working a lot so will not see Roblox as a threat. My card didn't work then I used rixty for a bit then it starts working on Roblox.

Just give up buying directly from ROBLOX, get gamecards @ gamestop (Their delivery is faster than any other site in my own experience) & do it that way.
