Is how NBC can donate to BC,TBC, and OBC, But all the BC, TBC, OBC members cant donate to us NBCs. (Before you start yelling, I know this is probably in the wrong forum)

Support, but I doubt it'll work. Donation suggestions have been made before and counts as more NBC rights.
