It was said on the Roblox Blog that their would be a new way of Group VS Group Combat

The developer of this project said they would have a form of this by mid-2013. Where is it? I mean I really want to see Territory Conquest between two clans.
If that is coming in this package then I have a few suggestions
- Based on the size of land the group owns, they need to pay a price to keep the land neutral, they also need a number of correct members to the land to keep the price low. [If you don't understand, message me. Il explain it]
- It should be all in one map, maybe some kind of super server. I am not sure.

Support, I love the idea of conquest and conquering other lands. One thing I should add is that there should be different levels of forts in each group, and once you go up the levelled forts all the way to the top, THEN you can fight and conquer the HQ. |

I have my idea of how the feature would work
When the feature is released, it should all start as one big natural land-mass, each clan would get a certain amount of land from how many members it has (Say a 30x30 block per member, but land would only be given if there were 100+ members). Group admins could build stuff on the land, the group could raid land, or loan land from other groups for R$ (A set tax decided by ROBLOX per sector would come borrower's group funds every week, and would go into the creditor's group funds. The creditor could not raid the borrower, nor could the borrower raid the creditor or any land loaned out by the creditor. If a group lost the creditor's land, they would have to pay another set price. Groups could stop loaning that land, but would have to pay the weekly cost one last time.)
When a group wanted to raid land, they would select which sector they want to raid (It would have to be touching the raider's land, the leader would also have to be online, only the leader could engage raids) and a onsite pop up would be sent to all online members. If they were in a game, it would appear in game saying "[GROUP NAME] is being raided! Join the fight?". If they clicked yes, then they would immediately be sent to the raid site. Each person in the fight would have 10 lives, once all were gone they would be put into free camera mode and could not rejoin, it would simply put them back in spectate mode until the raid was over. When it had finished, the last group standing would win the opposing group's land. Groups could decline raids at a price of 100 R$ from the group funds, which would go to the raider's funds and that group could not re-raid them that day. If a group ran out of land it would be unable to raid or recruit until it loaned land from another group.
Peaceful groups would likely arrange to borrow land in the center of a superclan, where there'd be no raiders. |

What if the group loses all its land, does the group get destroyed making the owner annoyed for losing everything they created? |

I love both of your ideas, but there are to many groups for that to happen and wouldn't 1 really big super server lag a lot. Will there also be a limit for how many people can join a raid? |

Here is what I am thinking:
*Up to 30 people on each side per raid
*Different personal servers for each group
*Each group has a set amount of land they can expand
*Raid servers take two group's land and generate terrain connecting the two
*Raid servers have weapon settings, and possibly custom weapons/vehicles agreed on by both participating groups
*Groups can use group funds to buy materials/increase limits of material usage
*Groups can invite up to one ally each raid, and allies get 10-15 members max, while the inviting group loses 5-10 in their max
*All vehicles are purchased during the raid with an in-game currency at vehicle spawns
*Admin approved custom items such as new wiring traps, configurable spawners, structures, etc. (none being anchored)
I don't like the idea of groups turning into a side RTS section of Roblox, because some groups may not be active enough to keep land, and mostly super clans like RAT, JC, VAK, etc. are active enough to participate in a war like this. Plus, one super server would be too taxing, and Roblox would be forced to release more BC only features or paid features. |
