Why is it saying that for like two minutes without that menu that pops up saying "Roblox Is Upgrading"?

The menu is maybe in the background-Your PC has glitched, or you are having problems. I suggest you restart your PC a few times then try again!

I agree with indiana. If it doesn't work, try reinstalling Roblox.
