You can't get hacked by someone knowing your IP : / If you say your friend got hacked and lost his items, he should contact [email protected] to get his account/items back. Just PM a mod or email the info you have to [email protected]. No mod is going to actually chat with you.

@Preluding: That's not how keylogging works. Having someone's IP is like having someone's address -- they might know where they are, but it doesn't mean they can get past their locks and security system. Keylogging requires that the victim actually download the keylogging program.

There are so many hysterical I've been hacked/people are exploiting posts in this forum that aren't actually security holes on Roblox's end that it makes no sense for the staff to engage with them all. The best way to get info to the staff privately is either through PM or [email protected]. I would find it suspicious if someone refused to do either of those and kept holding out for chat. Why do you need the internet equivalent of face-to-face time?

Listen, there is NOTHING we can do about this. I've already emailed them about it, with no response. I've combed threw everything in this forum trying to find a solution, but in the end if it doesn't work its up to Roblox to do something. So everyone calm down.
