I'm trying to play Apocalypse rising, but I have troubles getting in. It happens all the time, whether I'm using party/chat or not. It happens on different computers and all. If I can get into the game it usually shuts down after awhile for no apparent reason. When I can't get into the game it usually Fails to Connect ID=17, or it stops loading at "Waiting for character"

Problem: I'm experiencing a problem that has been in existence for 2 months now. ROBLOX claims they have no fix for it? The error is the "Roblox cannot startup. User code = 0x1" error. Tons and tons of other players are experiencing this problem and haven't been able to play any games on the computer infected with this error for 2 months at least. People with this error have been ignored despite all of the emails sent to the support team. There was a fix for this, but ROBLOX patched it instead of fixing it, which is what I don't comprehend. Please let me know of any progress. Thank you and I appreciate the help.

it's called getting rid of all the crap on your computer. (That includes any crappy firewall other than windows, bad AVs like McAfee)
