All of you here have used an electronic mail account's mailbox at least once in your life. In fact, you need to verify your e-mail just to post on the ROBLOX forums. Now, you've probably noticed they have many different folders for sorting mail: Spam, Trash, Starred, etc.
I propose a system a lot like this for your mail. As a default, you have:
Notifications (all messages from ROBLOX administrators will go here)
Inbox (all messages that are not sorted will go here)
Outbox (all messages you have sent will go here)
Drafts (all saved drafts for messages you have made will go here)
Spam (all messages from those you are not friends with or those you have marked as "Spammers" will go here)
Trash (all messages you have deleted will go here, they will be permanently deleted in 24 hours (this number can be changed))
Archive (all messages you have designated as "archived" will go here)
There will be a button to sort all messages into their respective folders and another for marking people as spammers. Finally, a button will give accounts the ability to create custom folders that they can name and place mail into.
Now, for inside messages. Say you have a friend and they want you to play with them. Instead of them sending you a party request or asking you to follow them into a game, they can place a button right into the message that automatically puts them into a chat with you, a place with you, or a party with you. Finally, say you have someone who wants you to visit their place. Now, they can take thumbnails and video thumbnails and place them inside the message, so you know what you're getting into before you decide to give it a visit.
