Well i'm building something and i need it to have a decal that is transparent, and that can't be done with paint. What program should i use??

save it as png.hope this helped

Saving as .png doesn't make it transparent, Enzo. If you still have Paint.NET you need to use the "Magic Wand" tool and select areas you would like to be transparent. Click one spot and hold Ctrl from there to click more areas. Although in some cases you may want to turn up or down the tolerance to get more and or less pixels from certain images. The higher will make more pixels get deleted and sometimes can make it look more choppy though, while lower can do the same aswell but it almost looks even worst. Just practice, you should get the hang of it after a while.

1. select paint buckat, click the more... button on the color pad, and set transparency to transparent. 2.fill the background with it 3.put transparency back to normal and draw sumting on it 4.save as png for paint.net...
