This is a feature that should be added to groups. For example, the leader you have in your group allows HR abuse, isn't actually the group leader, but someone who has stolen the group, this feature allows someone to make a petition to get rid of current leader and who to make new leader. The more members in a group the more it takes for a petition to be activated. Petitions will be avaliable once a group has 25 Members, and it'll take 15 members who vote for the petition to be activated and so on and so on. Every person who supports a petition needs to give a reason why the leader needs to be changed, and the petition should have a topic that's hidden from others except the person who made the petition because for example, every one sees a petition topic, and all the troll players see it, they'll obviously take the opportunity to ruin it for the owner. So a hidden topic is chosen by owner and everyone submits a report on what the leader allows that should get him demoted, and another person who should be leader. If most of the reports are along those lines, like atleast 97%, then the leader will be demoted and a new leader will put in, it's a price to pay for allowing HRs' to abuse others, or working into someone's account just to hurt the person.
