I believe whatever justice they believe is fair is fair. You are allowed to suggest but making bold assumptions that the moderators are not doing their job is in violation of your own agreement to acknowledging the fact that the moderators have the right to ban you and/or kick you for any reason at any time.
If I got permanently banned and all of my assets deleted I wouldn't care. I would simply make a new account if I really wanted to and make a new game. You guys blow the rules way out of proportion.

I mostly support but what about hackers, scammers, and phishers and exploiters? Don't they deserve account termination.(I believe their the only ones that deserves it.) |

@SpeedySeat I respect your opinion, but I do not want you to pick up what I was saying that they are not doing their jobs, I ment as in they have never responded to my appeals which makes me feel like they do not want to help. But now that I go over it, it does seem that way my apologies.

This idea is completely stupid.
If you go to any club and you pay for membership, and break their rules so they kick you out, you're not going to get your money back. This teaches people to stop being stupid and follow the rules. |

I got perma banned simply because I caused too much trouble. They never let me learn, I mean it was harmless spam (not even the bad kind, I used to be a post hog and would post every single post just to post for post count) but Now I could care less about post count, and now my account is gone and I've learned and I won't get my account back. |

Also, yeah [email protected] are pretty darn harsh. They refuse to do anything to help your account, they won't negotiate with you, and if they think you're bad, they won't help you whatsoever. I mean come on, it's a kids game, no need to be rough and tough on the poor guys. I'm pretty sure they have a blacklist of who they won't unban because I've contacted them over the years and it's almost as if they know now to unban me - the reason is beyond stupid in the deletion reason I got and any sane person would see that as an unfair ban, especially since the reason does not flow with what I said. |

Semi-Support. Termination should still exist, but only applied to
-Obvious troll accounts
-Inappropriate place creators
-Category 4/5 Exploiters (Hacking in robux, shutting down servers etc)
-Anything else that bad. |
