1st, get good hrs that know what they're doing, instead of the unexperienced noobs you currently have
2nd, get a good military academy for soldiers who want to strenghtne their skills, it wont be an entry academy, just a skill academy for those who wish to be stronger in SFing and GFing. [i introduced this idea to EL as a supreme general, but as always i was shot down]
3rd, introduce a new MR system, OIT is too easy, i got to OIT in 3 days, got to level 4 OIT in 2.
4th, introduce a new promotion system, the current one is too easy. as i stated, it took me less than a week to get to lvl 4 OIT from recruit, i have an idea for this system, i already introduced it, but i got shot down ; AGAIN.

You left EL but you make threads on how we can improve. Seems legit.
1. Anacondra was a friend of Gagaohoh1515 (6iC)
2. A new promotion system is coming out. It makes it alot harder for people to be promoted.
3. 1 Promotion per day in OIT. I have recently been running OIT and my trainers have been keeping a eye on the audit log.

When did all this happen and Shocked you didn't get level 4 in 2 days. I watched you Gaga and Princesora progress in OiT when you were allowed back and you didn't progress that quickly. Just one of your ways of trying to make you sound good then you realise it is EL.
All the things you ever stated to EL that was not raging on a forum are things that have already been said or done. You just make a forum claiming you had all these ideas yet you waited a few weeks after you left and then exiled to make it. |

Who else would they have come from? I introduced the points idea at a meeting for harder promotions, everyone said 'stupid idea' 'terrible'

EL needs a new system, not OIT. OIT isn't original, it's something just about every other clan uses, but with a different name.
You need a new, unique and harder system
I may rejoin EL soon, but not within the next month. |
