ROBLOX STUDIO 2013 - Won't Load

At first I click edit from my browser, it says its updating, but it won't even budge to upload. So I exit it, then go onto Roblox Studio 2013, it works for a few seconds, then it stops uploading for some reason, its like its "stuck". I think its the new update, but I could be wrong.
