In order to prevent flame/arguments internally i'll be implementing a few rules just to help solve some issues, and keep the arguments to a minimum.
1. Any issues HR's or LR's have with each other, don't argue, flame or anything. Simply PM bidoof77 and he will handle it.
2. No LR should be threatening demotion or being exiled to another member. If they do, take a picture and send it to bidoof77.
The following rule has nothing to do with flaming or arguments, but is to help activity.
Before any training, raid or any event, shout 15-20 minutes in advance.
