Possible information about the game-not-loading bug

I cannot play ROBLOX on my good laptop, only on my older one. The main differences are that the newer one is a LOT more of a gaming machine, while the older one is a very business-based one. (You'd think the business machine would have the problem, but no.) Another big difference is that the computer is does NOT work on is Windows 8. The computer it works on is WIndows 7. I've also tested on my mom's ancient artifact of a computer, a Windows XP. ROBLOX does in fact work. Either way, I'm still in the dark here, along with quite a number of others. ROBLOX starts up fine, with no errors whatsoever, but the game does not load. Simply an empty skybox, with no GUI other than a 'Leave' button at the top left. Is anyone having this bug on a non-Windows 8 machine? We may be onto something here.

ya i got that problem too, but im on windows vista do you have any banned accounts or anything like that? my main is banned right now, my friend who has this same problem also has a banned main account, and another person from an earlier post said that his main account was banned i doubt thats the problem or relates to it but its a possibility

I do actually. Another person said the error didn't occur on his alternate account. This is odd.
