Maybe because a account that's been to your IP is banned. I don't know its just a theory since I checked and one of my other acc's have a 3 day'er. Maybe.

It's most certainly a bug. I've already been in contact with someone who works for ROBLOX, and he gave me instructions that fixed it completely. http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=110392670
