You know what really grinds my gears? Feeling the need to buy BC so I can get the ability to make so and so amount of places, sell clothes, and join 100 groups (or however many you rich people join).
Why?
I can't afford to spend money on BC over and over again, and I am not buying Lifetime BC because I won't spend that much money for a lifetime of BC which I won't need since I'll grow out of ROBLOX before I turn 18 (if not I got some problems).
That is why I am proposing this:
You now have the ability to buy the following:
-Active Places
-Group Slots
- (I'm stumped. Add more for me? The two above are all I care about. Deal with it)
No not with tickets or robux. Why? Because you can earn it in-game, therefore ROBLOX wouldn't get a profit in some cases.
Instead you buy it with..... CODES. Similar to game card codes, you can now buy place slot codes and group slot codes with real money. Here's how it works:
Place Slots:
1). 1 Extra Active Place Slot Code = $10.00
2). 5 Extra Active Place Slots Code = $50.00
3). 10 Extra Active Place Slots Code = $90.00 (Discount so you have a reason to buy this huge freaking package)
4). 50 Extra Active Place Slots Code = $450.00
Group Slots:
1). 1 Extra Group Slot Code = $5.00
2). 5 Extra Group Slots Code= $25.00
3). 10 Extra Group Slots Code = $45.00
4). 50 Extra Group Slots Code = $225.00
Once you buy one of these, you get a code. It would be in this format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
All you have to do is redeem the code afterwards and badabingbadaboom - you got yourself a permanent active place or group slot(s).
Now this doesn't affect BC: if you still buy regular BC you still get 10 more place slots so on and so forth. You can now just buy permanent slots to your account with real money!
These can be sold with ROBLOX Game Cards. They'll be known as... ROBLOX... Slot Cards... yeah... I said it... take it home with ya.
Buying them via slot cards gives you a special item like game cards and vice versa.

@crazycommandocrik
Read the idea. He's saying you buy place slots with real money.
Nowhere is this in the WNTS. |

Yeezus Crisco, halve the prices on all of those.

It's not the money. I said I can't afford to buy BC forever so I can just have these place slots, etc.
It's so we can have permanent place slot additions that we pay for with actual money. And the prices I feel are reasonable. I didn't invent a way to exploit and leech off of ROBLOX.
Did you fully analyze this suggestion? (Read it over and think about what I'm trying to say)
ROBLOX gets a profit. We stay happy. Win - win. |

@jamiebind
I would have said that if they were temporary. But, they are not, they are permanent. So the prices are good. |

Support but lets shift those number to.. like 4.99 Bucks for 1 slot? Then 23.99 for 5 slots? (25 cent discount :D) Then BCs get it cheaper. like 4.49 a slot. Is that then Roblox would get people buying BC and this. Good? idk.

In no means am I being a cheapskate here, but has anyone found this pricey? JUST A BIT ?! Maybe.. =~=
I'm sure ROBLOX will still gain profit same as always, but $10.00 for 1 additional place slot? What do you think the player will make that would match the amount of money they had to pay for it? An amusement park? A haunted house? A private island hotel? I know it's for getting the place permanently, but by the time they go through with this should they decide on making it slightly more affordable for customers to enjoy, rather than to regret.
Just a personal opinion anyways. Nevertheless though, I support. |

@Super JediNinja
The difference is that it's permanent. Normally a Lifetime BC would be needed for permanent place slots, etc. And Lifetime BC costs a lot.
Paying for BC for that long would end up costing MORE if you want it long-term (which you would if you needed this update).
@bvalere
I see your point. Maybe $10.00 is to high for just one. But remember I said you also get an item (it's different if you buy online or at a store). Maybe instead the prices don't change entirely, but the quantity does:
3 Extra Active Place Slots Code = $10.00 [BC Discount 10% for all]
30 Extra Active Place Slots Code = $90.00 (Get 3 more free by buying this package)
70 Extra Active Place Slots Code = $175.00 (Get 10 more free by buying this package plus $5 off)
5 Extra Active Group Slots Code = $5.00 [BC Discount 5% for all]
55 Extra Active Group Slots Code = $45.00 (This one is slightly discounted and you get 5 extra)
100 Extra Active Group Slots Code = $90.00 (This one is 10% off)
This is so it costs less than Lifetime BC.

@bvalere I respect and have read your rather larger post, so please read mine.
You and I are both NBC. I made 500 robux today and over 600 yesterday, 300 the day before that and 155 the day before that. Now I am not buying robux. I am not getting place visits. I have gear in my place but I'm not selling those. I have my own ways of making money. The transition from NBC to simple normal builders club is large. You can do a LOT of things that NBC cannot do. I can sell unwanted hats. I can trade unwanted hats. I can create game passes ( not 100% sure if that's BC only but I think it is ), you can create clothing. You can make alts buy your clothing. You make 15x what you used to make a day confirmed. You can be in a few more groups and you can have more than one place. I don't like spending much on games but that is a lot from the $6.00 you pay for in this game and I would say it's worth it.
Now take the transaction from BC to OBC. You make a some more confirmed robux a day, can be in over 100 groups, chances are you won't be active in all of them and nobody will care to read all of them. You can make 100 places. Ok, great, are you a builder that makes 100 front page games or even gets 100 place visits in each? I think it's ridiculous. Even more, it says that paying $130.00 for a game is the most popular over normal builders club or at least turbo which I find quite useless as well. I will post a link for that below.

Whoops! Almost forgot the last ones.
150 Extra Active Place Slots Code = $340.00 (You get 10 free)
250 Extra Group Slots Code = $265.00 ($5 Off)
These are if you want a ridiculous amount. The higher the price of the code, the rarer special item you get.
This is not supposed to compete with BC as they are entirely different; this just provides a second option which you might find easier. But some things you can only get with BC, therefore maintaining it's value. |
