Everytime I try to enter somewhere, a big gray window pops up and says that Roblox has crashed on your computer recently. So i click send error report and the gray screen is still there and nothing appears. Can someone help me?

ok i redownloaded Roblox but now when i click my roblox and click visit solo, the Roblox screen pops up and goes away immediatley. What do I do?

the popping up and going away thing has stopped but now its back to the error report thing.
