You are the leader of a compund of 5 survivors.Its 6 years into the future, when a mysterious disease broke out. It infected people, and slowly turned them into zombies. Most the survivors are either immune or very lucky. You currently have 3 houses and 1 compound building. Each survivor specializes in something. See below for classes of survivor You will pick and choose what a survivor will specialize in, but until you do the survivor will be capable of almost any task )but not do well for any them. Your task is to guide your compound to power. But there will always be an obstacle in your path of advancement. Bandits will raid you, natural disaster will hit, and zombies run rampant.

Villager Classes are:
Scavenger: Specializes in finding resources and other stuff that other people would not find.
Gatherer: Specializes in gathering food from bushes, farming, and livestock.
Soldier: They are proficient in fighting, and are the strongest.
Hunter: Specializes in animal tracking, hunting, and hunting weapons.
Fisherman: Can ferry a ship and catch fish.
Lumberer: Gathers wood better than any one else can.
Engineer: Capable of building more complex structures and machines.
Weapons master: Specializes in weapons, they can sharpen and build weapons if you have the materials.
Scientist: Only useful when you have a researching complex, used for inventing new things. The Research Tracks are: Combat, Farming, Odds'N'Ends, Food Gathering/Hunting, Building, and Seafare.
And many more classes will be added if I have forgotten some or if the game progresses far enough.
~Buildings(Prices will vary depending on quality and quantity of builders and research. You can either build them or claim them(building a barriar and stuff))~
Compound Building: Shelters 2 villagers and stores up to 30 of each resource.
Small House: Shelters 2 survivors.
Large House: Shelters 3 survivors.
Store House: Keeps food and other supplies safe from floods, plagues, and Raiders. Stores 50 of each, Upgrading this building will add another 10 spots for supplies.
Barracks: You can start to train more skilled soldiers.
Guard Tower: Gives any ranged units High Armor that are inside, and give them more seeing and accuracy.
Researching Hut: You can research new things.
Lab: More efficient than the Researching Hut
Shrine: Raises happiness with most people.
Altar: Raises happiness with most people. It is like the Shrine,but it is larger.
Church: A much larger place to worship gods people believe in.
Kitchen: This lowers how much food a person needs to to eat from 1 food to 0.9 food. Upgrading this building will change it to 0.8 food,and so on. Its max upgrading will end at 0.5 food. You can only have one of these
More buildings will be added later in the game if I forgot any or if you advance far enough. All builds can also be made in "Makeshift" style for half price but half efficiency(Huts will have less people, Altars will be less effective, etc.).
~Upgrading Buildings~
When a building seems too weak, but you don't have enough supplies for a second one, you can upgrade it.
~Rules~
The admins control the outcome of almost everything, no if and's or but's about it.
No trolling.
It's helpful advice not flaming or the above rule.
Put "Don't Feed The" at the end of your cs if you have read this part of the rules.
You can destroy other player's compound and even raid bandit hideouts, but the survivors do not like it if you raid innocent compounds unless you are starving.
Don't go crying if someone destroys your compound. Just make another one.
Admins control the raiders and infected, but we will not make them overpowered, if we do, please let us know.
Keep it clean, so no swearing and such.
Add "Old People" at the end of your cs if you have read the last part of the rules.
Admins control weather and natural disasters, but we will try not to go too crazy.
It takes time to make buildings and to travel. The admins will dictate how long it takes.
~VEA~
VEA is a group called Virus Extermination Association. They are sort of a "Kill everybody on sight" sort of group, and won't raid you unless you provoke them. They are working on a cure, and also exterminating zombies. Both are a big plus, but they only have 1 compound, located in Syra.
~Region~
Syra(Coastal city) Due to being able to recieve aid from the coast, there is more aid coming for a longer amount of town, and was one of the final cities in the area to fall. It's about the size of Boston.
Dorbin(Very small village) Zombies? Few. Survivors? Fewer. Buildings? Even FEWER. Supplies? Virtually noexisitant.
Winston(Inland town) Decent mix, some zombies but also some buildings and survivors.
Savino(Mountain town) Fairly large town, up in the mountains. It is pretty isolated, decent amount of zombies but also more supplies.
Harton city:(Large,crumbling city) Although it is close to Syra, most of the supplies are destroyed, rotten, dusty, or just hidden in a pile of rubble. Most buildings are completely rubble and crumbly.
Silent Hills(Hill town) The ground is mostly uneven, so building will take me more time
Mato:(An island village, right off the coast of the mainland) There is a oversea highway connecting it to the mainland. The village is small, but the fishing is great. It could be easily fortified because of its size and isolation.
~Alignment~
This will be decided based on your friendliness to other survivors and actions. But be warned, once down a path, it is hard to change
Survivor: You will be less susceptible to major natural disasters but they will still hit you. Bandits will be more inclined to attack you. Your morale will be higher.
Bandit: You will be punished more often for your evil deeds. Other bandits may be afraid of you so you will not be raided as often. Your morale will be lower, unless your people are happy with being a bandit society.
Diplomacy
You will be able to trade with other survivor compounds for their resources and yours. You will also be able to make alliances but from the time you start you are at war with each other.
Alliances
You will be more attacked often if you form an alliance by raiders if you are seen as a major threat to them.
Blueprints
Research of any kind will provide you with these. You can trade them to other compounds, and they will not be lost.

CS may be updated. Admins control resources, population and current disaster. Each villager will consume 1 food per turn (When you post again). You can not change the army size until you assign a villager to be a hunter or any other type of soldier.
The game will be updated if players advance far enough or if an issue is brought to our attention.
You will have to keep your survivors happy meaning protecting them in the case of a disaster and having enough food for everyone to eat. If you don't keep them happy some survivors will start to rebel and turn on you, or some will simply desert the compound.
And one more thing to remember. The guides above should not limit what you have to offer, your creativity and ingenuity is encouraged here (Given you have the right tech to support the creation of the new building/unit/ship)

Instead of using the mesh as a purifier, I already can boil the water. Store it for future defensive uses. |
