With all the new features coming out as of recently, there still isn't much discussion about them. I think it is partly because people are used to the spam threads here and consider it normal to complain on them and not try to make any new discussion. And yes, I know this was necro-bumped.

I agree with Piggy. There aren't a whole lot of scripting topics to talk about -- there will be a science/technology post every once and a while, but those are technically off-topic. Scripters is a lure for off-topic posts because there isn't much that can be on-topic posted here.

@Mettaur: Such as? Sure, we could post "Look what I made!", but those threads actually belong in the I Made That subforum. For the most part, everyone who posts here is intelligent, so it'd kind of be pointless to say "Hey, did you know that you could transfer data across places with universes?"

We could discuss uses of features and different methods of how to achieve the use and how the methods differ. That is what comes to my mind when I think of "advanced scripting discussion".

@Mettaur: You're completely right, but that's still not enough to keep Scripters "active" -- when you have subforums that people regularly check, but don't post on, it attracts idiots.
