Yea I sent this to [email protected] but I would like to see if it could be resolved sooner than waiting for that reply. I was double charged two 6 month BC's when I only purchased one and I didn't even receive BC How I found out? I was messaged by my bank and have proof of this in paper form that I got earlier today to show the double transaction that was handled today, which I didn't even touch the site until now so they were probably backlogged purchases for all I know. ~Watch the Pro's~

It depends on the method you purchased it with some way take longer than others I don't know about you being double billedd though you should call one of the Roblox contact services and ask them about this they will explain the reason and most likely give you a refund.

Most admins don't deal with billing. [email protected] goes straight to Customer Service who has the power to deal with those issues.
