Weight Property:
It would be a property of the Humanoid that helps judge jump height, gravity acceleration, and force applied when you fall.
Usage:
Games that involve high jumping, such as alien or moon games. It could also be fired from an event that declared the player to weigh less, such as going underwater and having slow movement, and being able to float down slowly. You could even have a space game, where a player is weightless and floats freely!

By default, weight is set to 10 with normal characteristics.
Minimum 0. Not affected by gravity, if you jump you won't come back down. No traction on other surfaces.
Maximum 50. Cannot jump, free fall acceleration is much faster.
