PREFACE - Please Read!

Hello there, fellow forumers of the Suggestions & Ideas Forum! My name is Opatseg, and I am here to give my idea for the creation of a place review system that could help eliminate copied places or those with misleading titles and thumbnails. The TL;DR can be found at the bottom of this post; however, if you are going to post your criticisms or opinions about the idea, please read the original post in its entirety.

SECTION I - User Requirements

Article 1 - A user who intends to post a review of a place must meet the requirements found in Articles 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Section I - User Requirements.
Article 2 - The account a user who intends to post a review of place uses to post a place review must be at least 90 days old for them to be able to post a place review.
Article 3 - The account a user who intends to post a review of a place uses to post a place review must have a verified e-mail attached to it for them to be able to post a place review.
Article 4 - The account a user who intends to post a review of a place uses to post a place review must not have had more than two (2) warnings by ROBLOX moderators attached to it for them to be able to post a place review.
Article 5 - The account a user who intends to post a review of a place uses to post a place review must have played the place in question for at least two (2) hours.
Article 6 - The account a user who intends to post a review of a place uses to post a place review must have played the place in question twice.

SECTION II - The Content of a Review

Article 1 - A place review will have 4 subsections to it, each detailed in Articles 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Section II - The Content of a Review.
Article 2 - A place review will have a subsection named "Rating by Category". Inside will be 4 categories: "Originality", "Aesthetics", "Building", and "Scripting". Next to each category will be the rating correlating to that category, out of twenty-five (25). The reviewer will rate the place in each category.
Article 2 - A place review will have a subsection named "Review by Category" underneath the subsection named "Rating by Category". It will have four categories: "Originality", "Aesthetics", "Building", and "Scripting". Inside each category the reviewer will write at least fifty (50) words about how well the place performs in that category and why they chose the rating they chose in that category in the subsection named "Rating by Category".
Article 3 - A place review will have a subsection named "Place Review" underneath the subsection named "Review by Category". Inside, the reviewer must type at least one hundred and fifty (150) words about the place, concerns or comments they had about the place not pertinent to any of the four categories above, and how much the reviewer enjoyed the place.
Article 4 - A place review will have a subsection named "Total Score" underneath the subsection named "Place Review". Inside, a total will be made from adding the scores from each of the four categories from the subsection named "Rating by Category".
Article 5 - After a place review has been submitted, it will be screened by ROBLOX moderators for inappropriate or inflammatory content. If it has none, it will be posted to the place's page.

SECTION III - A Place's Page

Article 1 - A Place's Page currently contains (as of 8 / 31 / 2013) a section showcasing the title, description, and various thumbnails and videos of a place, adjacent to the right by a picture of the creator of the place and the place's statistics. Underneath, there is a comment section and a section that details the requirements for entering the place. Place Reviews will be placed between the description of the place and the comments sections.
Article 2 - The Place Review section on a Place's Page will contain all reviews of the place, and can be sorted by Rating or how new the review is, with newest first. All Place Reviews will be deleted if an update to the place occurs at least fourteen (14) days after the previous update.
Article 3 - Place Reviews in the Place Review section will have comment sections of their own and a bar showing the ratio of likes to dislikes of that place review. All users may like or dislike place reviews if they have verified e-mails. If a user intends to post a comment on a review, they must have played the place in question for at least one (1) hour and have a verified e-mail.
Article 4 - Place Reviews will be hidden automatically from view if they have a ratio of 3 to 1 dislikes to likes.

SECTION IV - The Games Section

Article 1 - In addition to being able to be sorted by Top Earning, Top Paid, Relevant, etc., places will also be able to be sorted by their place reviews, from best to worst.
Article 2 - Places with an average rating by Place Review of twenty-five (25) or less will be automatically hidden from view in all sorted categories.

SECTION V - TL;DR
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A suggestion for the creation of reviews of places to help showcase well-made places or those that are not copied or have misleading thumbnails or titles. Places will be rated in four categories: "Originality", "Aesthetics", "Building", and "Scripting". In each category, they will be rated out of 25. When added together, a perfect place would have a rating of 100.
