Choice A: Calmly explain what your problem is, when it happens, and exactly what happens. Wait patiently for someone with technical experience to help you. Choice B: Spam the forum with multiple threads complaining about the exact same thing. Don't give any details, and be sure to use caps. This will undoubtedly make you look like an ass. It's a virus. Scan your PC with your anti-virus program of choice. If that doesn't work, Restart your computer. If that doesn't work, Turn off your PC and wait for 5 minutes, then turn it back on.
