It has come to my attention that people who are irresponsible, inexperienced, too young, too bold, too strict, and too disrespectful have been entering the high ranks and therefore I have put this test in order to see if your personality and your experience matches what we want most, you must get at least 34/40 to pass this test,please put your answer in the brackets on the left side for every question.
If you become a Council member you are required to:
-Make The Desolate Empire your primary group
-Be absolutely loyal to The Desolate Empire, any hint at incompetance
will result in demotion
-You must do your job and work hard to keep our community happy, doing things like recruiting for our group to prove that you actually care.
-You must not disrespect trainee's verbally, swearing at them with no logic behind it will result in a demotion.
You must do your job, or lose your job. If we see that these things aren't being done you can be demoted with 0 notice 0 warnings and 0 tolerence.

It has come to my attention that people who are irresponsible, inexperienced, too young, too bold, too strict, and too disrespectful have been entering the high ranks and therefore I have put this test in order to see if your personality and your experience matches what we want most, you must get at least 34/40 to pass this test,please put your answer in the brackets on the left side for every question.

26. My opinion on him is that he seems like a great person to start this group and trying to get it huge like many people dream of their group. I think that he is doing a good job on that when he told me he PMed most of his members that takes guts and hes got what it takes to take this group to the top. This test was really basic knowledge but I like the idea because your getting to know your members by having them take this test, I have never seen this in any other group before. Also with being friendly to members and allied leaders this will make the group go to the top numbers of what i've lead in the past.
