I --REALLY-- dissagree with selling without BC. Anyone (as in noobs) could make multiple accounts and transfer their money from their sub-accounts to their main.

I think he meant sell for tix alone. BC would still have exclusive things like anything sold for robux and 10 places. selling without BC should be just for tix and only certain things.

this is what i think... make T-shirts and/or models so everyone can sell them... use activation links that are in E-mails so they can't make more accounts... shirts, pants, 10 places, R$, and maybe other things are then for BC only...
