Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down System in the Forums

My idea is that we can make a thumbs up and thumbs down system in the forums YouTube-style. When I say YouTube style, I mean the the most thumbed-up post will appear at the top of the thread, below the first post. Support please? If no, tell me why.
