So, BC/TBC/OBC members lose almost ALL their privileges with the exception of groups. I know this isn't an area to work on, but maybe it will lead to other inquisitions.

I think former BC, TBC, and/or OBC members should be able to receive groups. There are many reasons and i'll leave that up to you to decide why but here is my case:

I have many ancient groups that I can't keep when my OBC runs out. So, I would give some to my old acc.
