For some reason, my speakers are completely mute when I enter a roblox game. I don't know why it's doing or how to fix it! When I go to youtube, I can hear things fine, but nothing at all when I go to roblox. Can anybody help? |

What are your computer specs? My laptop does this all the time, and I believe it has to do with the 1 GHz processor. |

Try Re-Installing maybe? I had this before too. I can't remember what I did to fix it. |

Try & check your volume adjusters. Or you can check your volume in the ROBLOX game in the "Settings" option... Otherwise, I don't know. I haven't ever experienced this problem.

I suggest re-installing ROBLOX at http://www.roblox.com/Download. Since you already have ROBLOX, it will redirect you automatically to the games page. So be sure to hit the green install button quickly.
If that doesn't work, try going into your computer sound settings. I'm not sure about Macbooks or iMacs, but in Windows 7, you can control which applications are allowed to use sound or not. You may have ROBLOX unchecked, meaning you get no sound.
If that doesn't work, I suggest contacting ROBLOX customer service at [email protected]. Be sure to explain to customer service your problem in-depth so someone on the Client Team/Game Team/Tech Team can check out the problem in the ROBLOX source code and help you fix this issue.

Hey, the first thing I would check is your volume mixer. It is very possible that you have the ROBLOX client muted. |

@above Yes thats prob the problem. Just click the little speaker and click mixer from there. It should bring up all the volumes of the programs you have open. ;) |

@LOL8943 I had the same problem once, I've followed those steps but noting happened. I've managed to fix it by reinstalling Roblox and rebooting my system, everything was working fine :D |

Roblox doesn't appear in mixer. Was working fine about ten minutes ago, closed roblox, downloaded something on Steam, went back to roblox, no sound. gg, shedletsky. gg. |

i using razer surround the program worked very well and the roblox works too well
just try to restart the program and play
if u have issues
unplug the headset
restart the computer if any program gets muted uninstall the Audio Installation Software

I don't know either its happening to me and I have tried everything, I reset my computer 7 times and did everything uninstalled roblox and reinstalled it twice pls help |

ive tried everything everyone said, i uninstalled it then reinstalled it, checked the volume mixer thing and made sure roblox wasnt muted, restated my computer, and its still muted |

i found out in 2015 when you push the esc button you get a menu see where it says volume put the bar up |
