Check your sound manager and see if roblox is muted in it or not

2016 ISSUEE FAR OUT T-T i tried uninstall roblox and reinstalling that didn't work and now i tried mixer and that is fine its just i keep getting errors from roblox its self if press control F9 and in roblox game and it will show you a log of errors |

Had the same problem but i could hear footsteps and jumping.

Samething as me but a little different i'd join a game but i'd hear some sound like the footsteps, jumping, etc but i dont hear like music or in Kingdom Life II i dont hear the swords and stuff its weird. The fix to it is uninstall it from you computer/phone/etc then re-install it. |

I have it the opposite way, I searched up the eb, and this is the onyl thing I could find, any help, either my youtube is broken or I'm just plain stupid, my volume is full wen I make videos and yet no sound |

I finally found out the solution follow these steps go to the button right at your screen and right click the headphones go to volume mixer and you will see roblox under roblox there is an Mute or not unmute it then it will be fix |

Hello,I have a solution for this problem,but the bad news is,this won't really work the same as the computer,if you are in mobile,such as iPad Air,open all the parts and find the little button,switch it,and the sound will not be muted |
