i downloaded the windows store version and there was sound but the roblox on the browser has no sound |

This happened to me, but it was because I had my HTC Vive HDMI cord plugged in my computer. When I removed it, everything was fine.

i pressed mute in Roblox studios and tried to unmute but now i cant hear i can only hear walking and reseting help |

robinben, you go to volume mixer by going to the bottom right of your screen where you see the audio button. right click on the audio button and press volume mixer, and while you're in a game, make it go up, unless thats not your problem. |

if that doesnt work, check other peoples posts to see what you can do to fix it, there's plenty of things people say to do.

[Windows Method] You can also update the audio driver. You can do this by searching for Device Manager. Once you open that, there should be something at the top that says "Audio inputs and outputs". Click on the > arrow and something that says "Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)" or whatever else you have. Right click on that and hit Properties. When the Properties window pops up, click the Driver tab and select Update Driver from the options. Have it search the internet for the driver you need and download it for you. If you can't do that, I suggest restoring your computer to the earliest backup (if you have one) when the issue didn't occur. This would mean that some files may be lost but it's just an alternate method. |

Same!! The Only Thing I Can Hear Are Footsteps And Whenever A ROBLOXIAN Resets / Dies. I've Contacted ROBLOX Support Multiple Times.... Except They Couldn't Resolve The Problem. I'm Starting To Think That Some Sort Of Update Caused This Problem.. Usually Whenever A New Update Takes Place , All Problems Are Fixed. Hopefully It Happens Soon.. |

Try checking if the sound in the menu is up. Also try checking on the side of the screen to the bottom and click on the little speaker button and check to see if its up.

I'm late to this,but if Roblox is not in your volume mixer,you have to join roblox first,then it will be in your volume mixer then u turn it up.It Worked For Me Hope it works for you guys. |

That happens to me too.. I've check the speakers and my roblox volume thing already, it's everything fine, but for some reason only a small part of the sounds of the game works for me. I had that problem before but it got fixed Idk how, and now I'm having this again. Someone help me please :(

Same, it's 2017 I'm still having problems I can hear foot steps, jumping, and reseting but nothing else and I have tried mixer, reinstalling, Razor software, and other things and it just won't work (someone please help).

and nothing mixer volume max 100% for ROBLOX but mobile (Android) have sound pls tell me how to fix this... |

Go the the 3 lines on the top left then click where it says volume then raise it up.
You will hear oofs if it is working. If you are not, it is probably the volume of your computer.

someone help I can't hear anything on roblox. I closed roblox and went to ####### and did some voice settings and then my audio was buggy the I reseted everything and then my ####### was good but my roblox audio was GONE O_O!!! |
