Well in the concept of makeing hats would be a bit awkward however maybe a type of thing where you can make certain hats like your own special kind of teapot hat or something they should have like 1-5 default hat meshes and you can color stretch and do with it what you please but it shouldnt be able to stretch super big and it should not be able to have scripts |

Dude, it wouldnt be really funto make hats and sell them or something. Because people would uber too much, like make something related to teapot turret, or they wouldm ake a giant hat that takes up the entire place. So no. |

making updates isnt easy as you thought. also they dont edit the website on their computer. they go to roblox HQ and update it. |

oly roblox is the oly one who can make bulderman and a few ppl go on acc to make updates and make hats and all |

You can make hats however. But only in your place. People like the admins can make hats! |

you wouldent be able to make a hat if you tryied....
you need the tools. then the expertise. then to upload. make textures. make sure no errors in it... you wouldent be able to. |

I think that we shouldn't be able to make hats because if we were able to we might make hats just like rare hats that are NEVAR EVAR for sale again, and then make them for a low price so everyone could buy the fake hat. |

Dude, if everybody made hats, there would be to many, and then there would be problems. I'm pretty sure thats why only the admins can make hats, ask them if your not sure. |
