This thread is mainly for our members of Tza. You may still read it if you're not a part already.
So, we're going to have a system of 'refreshing' out the bad, and 'ranking' in the new. Our ranking and training system, not done at the moment (9/25/2013), will introduce a profile for every Tza member. These members will be ranked due to their ability to fight at trainings, earning minor additions and subtractions due to their ability inside raids and other group events. This may include activity and how loyal and devoted you are to the group.
On to our 'refreshing' system. Once every week or so, we're going to conduct a check for any member wishing to join, and the lowest ranked member in the group. This lowest ranked member will conduct a match against this player wishing to join. If the current Tza member should lose, however, they will be removed from the group, and this player attempting to join will be allowed in. |

Tza does not and will not use swords. These matches will either use RCL or our specialized Tza gun. We want to give both sides a fair shot, so they should use a weapon that seems familiar to either. |
