Something that really ticks me off is that people who are mad at you or are fighting will go to your game and post hate comments when they haven't even played it. This makes it look bad, even if it's well-constructed.
I think under the "Report abuse" button there should be some category for "Hate Spam" or something. If someone reports a game comment with that, the mods HAVE to look at the reported person's recently-visited places, and if they game they spammed on is not there, then the comment will be deleted.
I know people will overuse this and report comments even if the spammer DID play it, but since the mods would be looking at the spammer's recently played games, than the mods would know not to delete it.
This might have some flaws, but this is just a draft of the idea.

What if they played it a long time ago?
windows 8 is a clan |

Ehh..... that's a flaw I never thought of.... perhaps the mods can look at the time the comment was posted, and then look at the games the user played at that time?

How about you have to play the game to comment on it? |
^ People could just enter for a few seconds, leave, and then post the spam. |
no.
you can abuse this what's so ever.
let me tell you why:
what if it's a bad game?
owner can delete every negative comment (95% of the comments) |
people can, but they'd just as likely not play it because they don't want the creator to get money |
@master The mods can only delete the comments posted by peolpe who have NOT played the game. If they played it, than the mods wouldn't delete it.
@accessible True, I guess.... |

"Mods"
"Delete"
"Comments"
my sides |

THAT is a very good point.
Since when have the mods ever cared about how the community feels?

How about making this work along with the thumbs up bar? If say the bar has mostly thumbs down, the owner would not be able to delete the comment, but if its mostly thumbs up, he could delete? |
That's pretty good, and actually might work... |

I gotta stop forgetting to add my forum signature...

I would also like a way to automatically filter spam. |

That also seems good, but how would it work? |

GOD DANGIT, I FORGOT AGAIN.

Roblox would delete the post if it contains "copy and paste" or "OMG BUILDERMAN TOLD ME" |
There are tons of variations, though. Some say "Shedlstsky told me" or "Shedletsky just said", and some say "Post this on 10" or "Copy-and-paste this onto 10". Plus, people make new spams every day. |
*new spams meaning people make up new types every day"

It should filter ALL variations. |
But people make more and more types each day. It'd be impossible for them to filter them all.

The average user could make 50 new variations in less than 3 minutes I bet. They won't want to have to keep track of those, and I don't think it'd be possible without monitering every single item comment, group wall, game comment, and forum thread 24/7.
