Wouldn't just sticking a seat on them be unreliable? And wouldn't the humanoid just "Get up" after a couple seconds?

Just use rotation CFrame and make sure the legs's CFrame goes up a little. Say about 2 studs in the Y axis and 1 stud infront of the torso
