Watched both. My roommate has the Nightmare on Elm Street Collector's box, so I watched all the movies in the series.

Nightmare was great, Friday was stupid (but fun).

I prefer The Halloween Series or Hellraiser.

Actually, I love Hellraiser the best myself. But Nightmare comes pretty close.

@ScriptNHelper Thanks! Yeah, I'm a big horror fan. I tried to watch at least one scary movie a night last October for Halloween, but Netflix didn't really have enough to work with. Watched Nightmare on Elm Street box set for that. First movie was great, rest weren't so great, but I liked the last one where it got all meta. Robert Englund was great.

you know... everyone watched it... (unless youre the new generation...) It sucked. The idea of "a man who comes to kill you in your dreams. LITERALLY." is an awesome idea. but for bend it into a movie... nah.

What about Land Of The Dead, and all those other George E. Romero films?
