Old and about-to-be-discontinued hats should be halved in price therefore giving people an easier chance to buy before they go. Also, if you don't have enough for a hat (e.g. it costs 100 tix) but you've only got 50, you can pay half, and then wait until you have another 50 and buy it. Paying half would be shown as 'Reserve' like on gear which you can 'Rent'. Once you have reserved a hat, you will be guarenteed of getting it, as long as you get the other 50 tix. And if you change your mind, you can cancel the 'Reserve' function and get half the money you paid to reserve back!

Bad idea becuase get the hat paid in full because if u could reserve hats would become less rare I like Rare Hats
