That's what I wrote before.
Using Maya to sculpt a new thing takes time, hats don't take like 5 minutes and then presto mesto you have a new hat. They can take up to weeks if you have JUST your self working on it. Not to mention I doubt you and many of the people who want to make their own "coustom hats" even know how to use Auto Desk Maya or even know what it is. |

Im saying they can send you a template then you send it to them based on the time it will take to make the hat will affect the price of your coutom hat. |

And, you can buy more than one of the same hat so you can make more hats! |

I'm pretty sure he knows how to spell custom. A typo is where you are typing and when you make a mistake in your writing without knowing. A grammar mistake is when you know what you are typing and write/type something wrong. Way too many people are complaining because his thread isn't "perfect" because of one silly spelling mistake. Anyway, good idea, but making hats wouldn't work since people could make rare hats and get them for free. Unless you had to pay a lot of robux, this wouldn't happen. Good idea though. |

A way to prevent the "Making limited hats" thing would be to make a rule so you can't.Maybe moderators have to review every hat made so they know?

I don't really like the custom hats idea, unless the makers or the system are able to refuse. By the way, wouldn't this destroy the idea of "Limiteds," the one we worked hard for? The gifts and special occasion items would also be provoked since the mesh or templates were already used. This makes special Robloxians worthless and items worth nothing. So like the first sentence, the system or the maker should be able to refuse in order for me to support. |

I do recall from Virtual BloxCON that ROBLOX will allow us to make our own textures for hats.
The catch is we are only limited to certain meshes. Stuff like Caps. |

No support. Dude, get it through your head! You won't listen to the people that have said this. There would be people creating these hats and selling them, and next thing you know, ROBLOX will be flooded with crappy Rainbow sprinkled crap fedoras that they are trying to sell for 15k. No way! And it would ruin everything.

I support because if people sold hats based off of off sale or limiteds than people willing to spend reasonable amounts of money could get them. Also it would help clans a lot. |

Ok I think that people should be able to make any hat they please, if it's something off sale then I don't care, if veterans think they are the only ones who DESERVE (yes this is the word a guy used in a pm to me about a hat) it because it will get rid of it's "value" that makes another reason to add the update because let's face it, these things won't have any real life value, so why make a big deal out of stuff we can't use IRL. I would support the groups thing but groups like Tiger and Kestrel would make hats to sell to everybody, I am not saying it would be a bad thing but people could sell hats to anybody just with a group. So support and I hope people want limited feature removed because it does nothing good. |

For groups, it would really help, Becasue you would have a hat for your cla, I said nothing about selling it in the catalog, But that is always an option if you put a copylock on it so nobody can make and version of your hat period, And yes roblox would monitor each hat so people cant make the really rare hats. |

Seriously I still think users should be able to create the hat they want, if they make the first hat in existence for themselves they should be allowed to do that. I don't see what would be bad about people being able to make hats based off of limiteds. The feature is stupid anyways so. It would defeat the purpose of the feature and maybe it would be removed so I could finally get a soviet ushanka. |
