Cannot Minimize ROBLOX While Running

Just like you, I cannot find the minimie button or my X button! I also cant see the bottom where the time is, the WiFi, my Skype or anything! I almost quit Roblox because it was getting to personal stuff like not being able to Skype my mom! I always have to exit Roblox to Skype her! Please help and tell me how to get my exit bar back and my wifi, music, sound, and Skype back. Thanks in advance.

For years, I cannot get it to go out of fullscreen unless i uncheck the box and rejoin the game. me being on a Vista, it has it where i can go into fullscreen, but wont let me out of it. I've tried F11 along with just hitting the fullscreen off/on button but still will not work no matter what I do, I end up having to exit/open task manager in order to get things to work right.
