Be sure to wait for the exact date time, if you were banned for one day, it cannot be activated until the same time the ban was issued - the next day.

Please try using another browser.
If this doesn't work, then maybe the other user's reference about it being PST Only was right.
If it's Pacific Standard Time, than you have about 2 Hours to wait until its 9:41 in your timezone!
