Just in-game lag or site lag as well?
- For in-game, I'd say just lower all setting down.
- Turn the distance fog off, that will help also.
- If all else fails, try rebooting your computer. Your computer might just need a rest.
If you're having site lag, try deleting all history like cache, saved auto-fills, etc.
