Try uninstalling ROBLOX, if you have Windows 8.1, this has been an ongoing problem soon to be fixed.

Possibly, ROBLOX needs a certain amount of bandwidth to operate in multiplayer. What type of connection do you have?

How long did it take you to type that? And just to sound smart? I'm unskilled yet you say this is due to a bandwidth problem? If she didn't have enough bandwidth it would say This game has shutdown or id=17 not an error occurred while starting roblox.

The pop up showed up after the game froze which means i disconnected and both of my parents were on their computers so i think they were hogging it and it's fine now I never had to reinstall it.
